Keyboard Galleria Music Center Price Protection Policy
KGMC prices merchandise to ensure you are buying at "Street Prices": the lowest advertised price. We will guarantee our prices on the internet for 45 days of your purchase. If you find it advertised lower, we will refund the difference. Simply provide us with the advertised price, company selling the product and date. Merchandise must be on current models, "A" stock, and sold by an Authorized Dealer of the product. Blemished, factory second, out-of-box, and discontinued items do not qualify.
Return Policy
The following items are returnable only if unopened or unused: strings, reeds, vacuum tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, body jewelry, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product. KGMC is not responsible for incorrect information given, such as wrong measurements for cases, special items/orders, etc.
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise not listed above, it must be shipped within ten (10) days of purchase. All returned items must be in the original packaging complete with all components (warranty, power supply, owner's manual), show no signs of wear or abuse, and include a Return Authorization Number; otherwise the return will either be refused or subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. Limitation of Liability
KGMC DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. THE KEYBOARD GALLERIA MUSIC CENTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR STATUTORY DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BUNDLED WITH THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, KGMC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Applicable Law - Resale or Export
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. You agree and represent that you are buying for your own personal use only, and not for resale or export.
