Start jamming straight out of the box. Arrives complete, ready to set up and play. 8 plies of Philippine mahogany for a warm sound, excellent projection, and strength. Precise bearing edges provide the easier tuning that student drummers need. Tuning stability is aided by Accu-Tune bass drum hoops, which also make head changes easier. Stable Omnisphere tom holders adjust with one T-bolt. Bass spurs and brackets are switchable between spikes and rubber, and can be folded up without removal of spurs from brackets for easier tear down.
