To a completely new musical experience for electric guitarists.
With amazing tone and world-class tracks, GuitarPort is a unique
combination of hardware and software tools that will connect you to
your PC and your guitar like never before.
Line
6 tone has been used on countless hit recordings and by hundreds of
thousands of guitarists the world over. Now GuitarPort brings this world
class tone from the greatest studios to your desktop. Ten impeccable amp
models, based on tone classics like a '53 Fender Wide Panel Deluxe or a
'94 Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier, cover a huge spectrum of inspiring
tone.*
There's
more to GuitarPort than just great tone. GuitarPort’s built-in audio
player lets you jam along with CDs and MP3s, but that's just the
beginning. The optional GuitarPort Online service brings you hundreds of
killer tracks recorded in the world's top studios, and not just with
anonymous studio musicians, either. Imagine playing Hendrix tunes with
original Band of Gypsies members Billy Cox and Buddy Miles, tracked in
New York with Eddie Kramer himself at the board. Or Stevie Ray Vaughan
tunes along with Double Trouble. From guitar classics complete with
tablature and tones to original compositions created expressly for
GuitarPort by some of the world's great musicians, a membership in
GuitarPort Online makes sure that you always have somebody to play with.
GuitarPort
includes a built-in chromatic tuner, an intelligent hum reducer,
looping, and half speed playback for slowing down tracks without
changing pitch. Selected tracks also include lead sheets and tabulature.
Join GuitarPort Online and you'll also get Chord of the Week, Lick of
the Week, and your own Tone Locker. In addition, GuitarPort Online hosts
a thriving online community that includes discussion groups, tons of
tones, plus an ever-expanding library of incredible music
Ever
hear a guitar sound that's just "huge"? Maybe a tiny tweed combo, with just the
right mic technique. Maybe a couple of stompboxes, a modern high-performance
half-stack, and the kind of effects only found in professional studios or
stadium tours. Maybe BOTH at the same time. Whatever sound you need, Vetta
delivers that sound. Simple, complex,
and
all points in between.
Each channel is a complete
rig, with your choice of amp models–any 2 at once, stompboxes–any 3 at once, and
studio quality post-amp processing like reverb, compression, pitch shift, and EQ—all
at once. Then there's the new Double Tracker. And it just wouldn't be right if
we didn't give you the same great sound you hear coming out of the speakers in a
convenient line level output.
The optional FBV pedal
board is like having a crew of roadies ready to wheel out an entirely new
collection of gear and hook it all up — in time for your next note. With a
backlit display that shows where you are, and rugged steel stomp switches and
twin expression pedals to give you complete control of where you're going.
