Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.
Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
The following items are not returnable if opened or used: strings, reeds, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, body jewelry, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product, and may need to be returned to the manufacture. Any product being returned that shows signs of ware, or use is not returnable. KGMC is not responsible for incorrect information given, such as, wrong measurements for cases etc, or special items/orders
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise other than the above, it must be shipped within this 10-days. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner's manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price.
